Damaged or faulty Items
We offer free return shipping on all damaged or faulty items. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any issues, contact us immediately at hello@8x8sports.com so we can resolve the problem for you. Including photos will expedite the process.

Finding the perfect fit is important, and we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item for a different size. While we don't offer free return shipping for items in different sizes, we encourage you to use our size guide and to measure yourself before ordering to minimize the need for returns. We also offer a clear and easy return process outlined below to ensure a smooth experience in case a return is necessary.
As a small business, we've worked diligently to secure special pricing agreements with each rugby team, ensuring you get the best value for your rugby gear. Please be aware that return shipping costs are not included in the overall transaction.

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: Your 14-day return window starts as soon as you contact us to initiate a return, regardless of our initial response time.
Eligibility requirements
- Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
- Not purchased in multiple sizes of the same item
- In its original packaging
- With receipt or proof of purchase

Refund process
- Once your request is approved, we will email you a shipping label. You'll then have 14 days to return the item (shipping time not included)
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval within 10 business days
- Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method
- Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

- Custom-made apparel cannot be returned

Exchanges
We want to help you receive the new item as quickly as possible. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return for the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
