How to Measure
MEN
CHEST: Position the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap it around your body until your fingers meet, and make a note of the measurement.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline. Be careful not to cinch too tightly to allow for some flexibility.
HIP: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the widest part of your hips to ensure you have enough room for comfortable movement.
